Are your administrative or customer relationship tasks overwhelming you, taking time from your personal life, and keeping you up at night? Let me take the burden off of your shoulders.

My two decades of experience in customer service and administrative fields, crisscrossing over many industries and positions, bring a plethora of experience to any given task. I am a consummate customer relations management professional focused on treating every interaction with the utmost of care, maturity, and attention.

If you're looking for someone who possesses more than just a working knowledge of software and systems, you have come to the right place. In addition to possessing an intermediate to advanced skill level on all Microsoft Office programs, I have proven to be a quick study on all other software programs I have used, including many proprietary systems.

As we are all aware, the internet - particularly social media - has become a mainstay of business interaction. I am well-versed in the nuances of social media and e-commerce. I understand the importance of cultivating a professional social media presence, and of properly maintaining and utilizing e-commerce media. Reputation online is everything in today's business world, and I can assist you in making sure that yours is stellar.

I also have a strong grasp of the English language. As a native speaker and writer, I can provide you with a level of realism that ESL writers and speakers simply cannot. In addition, I have been an avid reader since age 4, and have taken a strong course load of grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing courses since grade school. I am currently continuing my education part-time, including further English and other writing-intensive curricula.

In my spare time, I continue to read voraciously. I am married, and we both actively volunteer for our local animal shelter. Of course, this means that there is a never-ending parade of foster cats through our doors, but I couldn't be happier. We have cats of our own, as well. We live outside of the capital city of Concord, NH, in a charming small town with all of the conveniences of the city. It's a good life, indeed.

Work Terms

I am available on short notice, for long- or short-term jobs. I generally prefer to work between 7am-7pm, but I would be willing to consider other hours (including 24/7 availability). Quick turnaround requests are welcomed and fulfilled in a timely fashion. I prefer to be reached by email for the primary contact, but I do have a telephone that is always in working order and available, if the job requires it. Payment rates are negotiable.
