Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (PKT). I strive to respond to all messages and queries within 12–24 hours.

Project Process:
Every project begins with a detailed brief to ensure I fully understand the client's requirements, goals, and expectations. I provide initial concepts for review, followed by revisions based on client feedback until complete satisfaction is achieved.

Revisions:
I offer up to 3 rounds of revisions per project as standard. Additional revisions beyond this scope may be accommodated at a nominal additional cost.

Payment Terms:
- For new clients, a 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
- The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and client approval.
- Payments are accepted through Guru's SafePay system for security and transparency.

Delivery:
Final files are delivered in all required formats (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.) based on project needs. Source files can be provided upon request.

Communication:
I prefer all project communication to take place through Guru's platform to maintain clarity and accountability. I am committed to maintaining professionalism, meeting deadlines, and ensuring a smooth and transparent working experience for every client.
