Hi. My name is Angel Karla Joy Doli-is. My top 2 qualifications are my 6 years of experience working as a customer service representative, providing great customer service through calls, live chat, and email, and years of experience doing administrative tasks, recruiter, and as a marketing officer.
My greatest work achievement was when I was able to implement a marketing strategy that helps increase the company's sales or production, and helps the branch office from the possibility of getting purged.
For me, the most important value at work is patience. Without patience, we are unable to reach the goal we wanted to attain. It creates a great work environment, helps prevent unnecessary arguments, builds trust by facilitating understanding and collaboration, and allows time for mistakes to be corrected or actions to be improved.
I have two greatest strengths, self-motivation, and communication. Self-motivation drives me to keep going even in the face of setbacks, take up opportunities, and show my commitment to something I wanted to achieve. Communication, to avoid misunderstanding and be able to perform more effectively and efficiently.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time with my husband, we love to go on rides and visit places that we've never been to, I also love outdoor dining, especially near nature, and I also love watching legal documentaries.
