Work Terms

Hours of Operation
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT)

Communication Style
- Primary communication is via Guru Messages for documentation and clarity.
- Open to communicating via Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp based on project needs.
- I respond to messages within 12–24 hours, often sooner during business hours.
- Weekly check-ins or progress updates can be scheduled for long-term projects.

Payment Terms
- I accept both hourly and fixed-price projects.
- For hourly projects, I log time accurately using Guru’s Workroom.
- Safe Pay must be funded before project kickoff or milestone delivery.
- For long-term work, I prefer weekly or bi-weekly payments.
- Invoices are sent upon task/milestone completion for approval.

Revisions & Feedback
- I offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable (unless otherwise agreed).
- I encourage honest feedback to ensure your satisfaction with the outcome.

Confidentiality
- I value trust and professionalism. All client data and communications are treated as strictly confidential.
- Happy to sign an NDA if required.
