The problem-solver who turns stalled people programs into wins.
If you need someone to walk into a people problem — a skill gap, a conflict, a process that's broken — and actually fix it, that's what I do.
I spent over a decade in federal HR and program leadership, most notably as a Branch Chief overseeing a 135-person operation: 10 analysts, 6 unit managers, and frontline staff. I built and ran a competency-based 360 assessment program, turned the results into a targeted skill-gap training curriculum, resolved conflicts between managers and their teams, and made the hard calls when discipline was necessary — including terminations.
I also led a Leadership Development Program for high-potential employees and served as an HR Agile Application Lead, gathering and validating requirements across 10 regional HR Directors for a national HR system rollout.
I hold my aPHR, PMP, and dual ATD certifications in Instructional Design and Consulting.
I know new profiles are a risk — you don't have reviews from me yet to lean on. What I can offer instead is this: I built my federal career on being the person leadership handed the problem no one else wanted to own, and closing it out. I bring that same ownership to every project, whether it's a single deliverable or an ongoing engagement, with clear, proactive communication so you're never wondering where things stand.
Tell me what you're dealing with — I'd like to help you solve it.
Outside of work, I love to cook, sew, and put together gift bags to encourage the people around me.
