Backend & AI Engineer

I'm Arham Malik. Backend & AI engineer for over three years. Started as an intern at PTCL, now I build systems that don't fall over when real people use them.

At RedCoast I cut query latency by 60% and data scan costs by 30%. Automated 80% of AI workflows and dropped support load by nearly a third. Built FastAPI services with p95 under 150ms for real time AI. Delivered dashboards used by 50+ people that cut analysis time in half.

Work Terms

How I operate
I ship working pieces fast. First version within a few days. You test, I adjust. Repeat until you're happy. Clean code, documentation, README included.

Payment
30% upfront, 30% at major milestone, 40% before final handover. Small projects under $500: 50/50. Weekly invoices for long term work. USD only. No crypto.

Turnaround
Simple dashboard or chatbot: 2‑3 weeks. Full management system: 4‑6 weeks. Complex AI: 6‑8 weeks. I update you every few days. No last minute surprises.

Availability
Monday to Saturday, GMT+5 (Pakistan). Overlaps Europe, Middle East, Asia. US clients get overnight replies. Sundays off unless production emergency.

Communication
Platform messaging preferred. Also WhatsApp, Telegram. Google Meet or Zoom for calls. I reply within a few hours on working days.

Revisions
Minor fixes free for 14 days after delivery. Major changes quoted separately. No hidden charges.
