Work Terms

1. Project Scope
All work will be based on the project details agreed upon before starting. Any additional requests or changes outside the original scope may require extra time and cost.

2. Communication
Clear communication is important. I will keep you updated on progress, and I expect timely feedback so the project can move smoothly.

3. Revisions
I provide up to [X revisions – e.g., 2 or 3] free revisions per project. Extra revisions beyond this may have an additional cost.

4. Timeline
Project deadlines will be discussed and agreed upon before starting. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may extend the delivery time.

5. Payment
Payments will be handled securely through Guru.com.
A milestone or upfront payment may be required before starting the project.
Final files will be delivered once the project is completed and payment is released.

6. Ownership & Rights
Once full payment is made, the client will own the final design/website. I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio (unless the client requests otherwise).

7. Cancellation & Refunds
If a project is canceled before significant work has begun, a partial refund may be issued.

If work is already in progress, refunds will be based on the amount of completed work.

8. Confidentiality
All project details and client information will remain private and will not be shared with third parties.
