I have been working in BPO industry since 2007 and worked under several call center with more than 35 B2B and B2C campaign based in USA, UK, Canada and Australia. I am also graduate in English Honors and done MBA in operation management . I have 15 years of progressive telemarketing experience and am an effective communicator. As a debt collector with Encore Capital Group I place over a hundred calls per day and have proven successful in a high level of converting calls to collections. I am well spoken friendly persuasive and concise without being pushy. I’m a good closer and can handle customer objections with ease.
