Work Terms

At IQSCORP Training Academy, we believe in transparent and professional engagement with all our clients, learners, and partners. The following terms outline how we typically operate:

🕒 Hours of Operation
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

Training Hours: Flexible scheduling available for weekends, evenings, and custom corporate batches

Support Availability: We respond to inquiries and support requests within 24 hours on business days.

💰 Payment Terms
Hourly Engagements: Billed at a mutually agreed hourly rate (starting from $25/hour depending on project complexity)

Fixed-Price Projects: 50% advance payment and 50% upon completion or delivery of defined milestones

Corporate Training Programs: Custom contracts with installment-based payments aligned to training phases

Accepted Payment Modes: Bank Transfer, UPI (India), PayPal, Wise, or Platform-based (Upwork, Guru, etc.)

Note: All payments must be cleared before the issuance of training certificates or final deliverables.

📞 Preferred Communication Style
Primary Channels: Email, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or WhatsApp (for quick coordination)

Response Time: Within 4–6 business hours for emails; instant messaging for urgent issues

Project Collaboration Tools: Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, or client-preferred systems

Weekly Sync Calls: For long-term projects, we recommend brief status update meetings every week.

Confidentiality: We strictly adhere to NDAs and client confidentiality agreements.

Cancellations/Postponements: At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule training sessions.
