Work Terms
Hours of Operation
- Normal Business Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST
- Support Hours: As and when required based on business criticality and production
Note: Any variations from normal business hours will be communicated in advance.
Payment Terms
- Invoices will be issued by the 25th for the upcoming month's services
- Monthly payments are due on the 10th of each month
- Payments not received within 5 days of the due date will be subject to late fees
Preferred Communication Style
- Microsoft Teams / Slack / Skype / Email whichever is convenient for both parties
- Scheduled Meetings: Once or twice weekly status meeting
- Schedule meetings during business hours unless agreed upon in advance
- Response Time: Emails and messages will be responded to within 8 Hours during normal business hours
- Important information and updates will be documented and shared via email
Note: Clear and open communication is crucial. If any communication preferences change, the team will be notified in advance
