Work Terms
We work closely with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, preferred design direction, and project scope before beginning development.
Project Scope: Work will be based on the agreed requirements and deliverables.
Project Timeline: Delivery timelines are agreed upon before work begins and depend on the complexity and scope of the project.
Communication: We prefer clear, professional, and timely communication through the Guru platform. We use Guru messaging for project discussions, updates, feedback, and file sharing.Payments: Work begins according to the payment terms agreed upon through the platform and project.
Delivery: Completed work will be reviewed with the client before final delivery.
Hours of Operations: Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WAT)
Sunday: Closed
We may respond to urgent client inquiries outside our regular working hours when possible.
Additional Work: New features or requirements added after the project scope has been approved may be quoted separately.
