Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Your Time Zone)
Payment Terms: Invoices sent bi-weekly via PayPal, Payoneer, or bank transfer, payable within 7 days
Preferred Communication: Slack or WhatsApp for instant messaging; Zoom for weekly or project meetings
Urgent Requests: 24-hour turnaround availability when required
Confidentiality: Strict confidentiality and data security are guaranteed for all client information
