Work Terms
1. Project Kickoff
All projects begin with a clear scope discussion. I do not start any work until the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms are mutually agreed upon in writing.
2. Milestone-Based Payments
I work on a milestone basis. Payment for each milestone is funded before work on that phase begins. This protects both parties and ensures steady progress.
3. Communication
I provide regular updates at each milestone. I am available via Guru messages during Indian Standard Time (IST) business hours and typically respond within a few hours.
4. Revisions
Each milestone includes up to 2 rounds of revisions based on the original agreed scope. Additional changes outside the original scope will be quoted separately.
5. Deliverables
Upon project completion, I deliver:
- Full source code via GitHub repository
- Deployment instructions or live deployment (as agreed)
- Basic documentation for maintenance
6. Access & Credentials
Server access, CMS credentials, and API keys shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential and deleted after project handover.
7. Out-of-Scope Work
Any feature or change not included in the original agreed scope will be treated as a new task and quoted accordingly. I will always inform you before proceeding with out-of-scope work.
8. Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided at project start. Delays caused by late feedback or missing assets from the client's side may affect the final delivery date.
