Work Terms

Scope of Work: As a frontend developer, I specialize in designing and developing responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, react, next js and tailwind.

Timeline: I will provide you with a timeline for the project, including deadlines for each phase of the project and the overall completion date. Please note that any changes to the scope of work or the timeline may affect the completion date.

Payment Terms: My standard rate is $50/hr., and I require 20% as a deposit upfront. The balance will be due upon completion of the project. I accept payment via PayPal or any medium preferred by the client, and any fees associated with the payment method will be the client's responsibility.

Revisions and Changes: I will provide 2 revisions/changes, and any additional revisions/changes will be subject to an additional fee. The client will need to provide specific feedback on what they would like to be revised or changed. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Ownership and Rights: The client will own the website and all intellectual property rights upon completion of the project. However, I reserve the right to display the website in my portfolio and for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality: I will keep all client information and data confidential and will not share it with any third parties.

Termination: Either party can terminate the contract with written notice if either party breaches any of the terms or if the project is no longer viable. If the contract is terminated, the client will be responsible for paying for any work completed up until that point.
