I help scaling companies build modern talent and organizational systems that support growth, accountability, and long-term business transformation.

My work focuses on the infrastructure behind high-performing organizations: talent architecture, performance enablement, manager effectiveness, organizational design, workforce strategy, and AI-era workforce transformation. I partner with founders, executives, and People leaders to help organizations scale with greater clarity, consistency, and operational discipline.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across global consulting, fintech, martech, edtech, and SaaS environments, partnering directly with executive leadership teams navigating rapid growth, restructuring, AI adoption, and organizational change. My background combines enterprise consulting rigor with hands-on operating experience inside fast-scaling companies, allowing me to design systems that are both strategically sound and practical to implement.

I hold a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and specialize in translating complex organizational challenges into scalable frameworks that improve manager effectiveness, workforce decision-making, and organizational execution.

My perspective on work started early. My mother worked incredibly hard throughout my childhood, often in environments where expectations were unclear, leadership was inconsistent, and growth opportunities felt limited. Watching that shaped the way I think about organizations and leadership today. I believe work has a profound impact on people’s lives, and that companies have a responsibility to create systems that are not only high-performing, but also clear, fair, and sustainable.

What differentiates my approach is the balance of strategy and execution. I do not deliver theoretical HR frameworks that sit unused in slide decks. I design practical systems that leaders and managers can actually operationalize in fast-moving environments.

Outside of work, I’m based in the New York City area and spend most of my free time with my rescue dogs, practicing yoga and pilates, exploring the city, and studying the intersection of work, technology, leadership, and organizational behavior.

Work Terms

I work with clients on both focused strategic sprints and larger advisory engagements related to talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, performance enablement, leadership systems, and workforce transformation.

Engagements typically begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery and fit assessment call to better understand business context, organizational challenges, stakeholder needs, project goals, and overall scope. This conversation also helps determine whether there is a strong mutual fit before moving into a formal engagement.

Most projects are structured around clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and engagement boundaries to ensure focus, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes.

As many clients operate in fast-moving or hybrid environments, I offer flexible scheduling for meetings and working sessions, including select evening and weekend availability when needed.

Project timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. Smaller strategic sprint engagements may range from 2–4 weeks, while broader transformation initiatives may extend across multiple phases.
