Dynamic human resources professional
I have over two-decades of progressive human resources experience having held accountability in most practice areas with expertise in talent management, training & development, employee/labor relations and benefits. In addition, I have been a strategic partner in 8 M&A transactions – one of which was a FTSE-100 company’s U.S. acquisition another, a NYSE global media/entertainment business. I recently was a guest lecturer on labor relations at Columbia University. Attributes include strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills, project management and superior interpersonal skills. I take a consultative approach to understand business challenges and deliver practical solutions. Industry experience includes luxury retail, consumer good financial services industries with significant experience in healthcare. Organization ranged from start-ups to mature businesses. Interests include travel, the arts, outdoors, reading and spending time with my family.
Work terms are established on a client-by-client basis and are flexible to meet the client's maximum needs.
