Work Terms

Hours of Operation
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+5). We respond to all messages within 12 hours, and usually much faster during working hours. For active projects we can align part of our day with US and European time zones.

Communication
Every project gets a dedicated point of contact. We share progress updates at least twice a week, along with working demos rather than written status reports. All communication and file sharing happens through Guru so everything stays documented in one place. We prefer written updates for clarity, with scheduled calls for kickoff, milestone reviews, and handover.

Payment Terms
All work is done through Guru SafePay for the protection of both sides.

- Fixed price projects are split into milestones. Each milestone is funded in SafePay before work on it begins and released after you approve the deliverable.
- Hourly projects are tracked and invoiced weekly.
- Larger engagements typically start with a paid discovery milestone so scope and estimates are based on real requirements rather than assumptions.

Revisions and Scope
Each milestone includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Requests that fall outside the original scope are quoted separately and added as a new milestone, so there are no surprise charges and no unpaid scope creep.

Delivery and Ownership
On final payment you receive complete source code, technical documentation, deployment instructions, and full ownership of the work. We also provide 14 days of free post delivery support for any bugs related to what we built.
