Jacob Gordon, the ownerof CogSci Concepts and it's principal usability consultant is a graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science. He has completed courses in the University of Michigan's School of Information User Experience (UX) Research and Design MicroMasters Program, and has achieved a certification from the national brain and behavior consulting firm The Team W in UX Design Concentration. He has experience in start-up mobile applications, gaming platforms and niche healthcare industries and is eager to share his passion for UX and design thinking by helping others improve their businesses.
