Dental Insurance Verification//Medical Billing and Coding Specialist//Quality Analyst
Six years' worth of experience working under a Fortune 500 US company helped hone my skills in Customer Service, Technical Support and Quality Analyst positions. This inspired me to take risks and explore bigger opportunities.
I was part of a support team in Sitel Philippines Corporation; Quality Analyst/Call Monitoring Specialist. My job responsibilities were not limited to evaluating calls and providing feedback. I’ve been trained to work with a variety of people from diverse background. My tasks include conducting the listening session, providing update and training group of people. Also, I worked hand-in-hand with Project Improvement Manager and Team Leaders to improve the center’s performance. My second job is a remote Medical Coding and Billing Specialist for a US Company for 3 years. My responsibilities include entering correct ICD-10 and HCPCS codes, verifying insurance eligibility, correcting rejected and denied claims, collecting patient payments and posting EOBs. I also have an experience in Dental Insurance Verification for a US Dental office in Texas. My tasks were verifying eligibility and benefits prior to patient's appointment.
I strongly believe that I have the abilities and experiences that would help me deliver quality and excellent service. Furthermore, I am certainly interested in a new challenge and an opportunity to use my skills and experience in a different capacity than I have in the past.
I'm very flexible with shifting schedules but I also prefer working between 9 AM-5 PM EST.
