Supreme Services by Crystal promises dynamic, reliable and exceptional administrative services that allows clients to rest easy knowing the rote tasks are handled from A to Z.

I am an administrative professional in the Pharmaceutical industry who provides executive-level assistance to a group of twenty individuals consisting of US Medical Affairs Leaders, Scientists (at both the Director and Managerial level), and Clinical Associates.

My role is to assist in the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities throughout my department. As the administrative assistant to the department I am responsible for calendar maintenance, preparation of correspondence and dynamic presentations, coordination of travel arrangements and conferences (and resulting expense statements), facilitation of meeting arrangements, processing of visit requests, reconciling invoices, managing budgets and monitoring of all action and signature items, just to name a few.

I am technologically savvy and I possess demonstrated, advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), MAC, PC, Internet, various travel and expense systems (Expense Manager, CONCUR), Payroll (KRONOS) Microsoft SharePoint, videoconferencing, Skype, and Social Media (Face Book, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) I attended Drexel University where my focus was in Professional Studies.

I possess over 17 years experience as an administrative professional in various industries outside of pharmaceuticals such as the legal, insurance, health, government, non-profit and retail industries. This has contributed to my extensive knowledge of business, operational procedures and guidance.

In addition, as an Administrative Assistant my experience has enabled me to be an effective, independent, contributor in demanding, fast-paced corporate environments.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 9:00 – 5:00PM EST
Payment Terms: $25 - $30 per hour based on the complexity of the work and the turnaround time on specific projects. Rush jobs cost more than those with regular turnaround.
Businesses may commit to paying a monthly retainer for 10 or 20 hours of the virtual assistant's time, or they may buy hourly blocks of time.

Preferred Communication:
Email is the preferred style of communication as this allows the contractor and the client to keep track of instructions and project details. However, there are times when teleconferences/videoconferences are a must to ensure clear understanding between the contractor and client.
