Worked for Elcadia set on projects based around building modules in React. I was in charge of setting up and calling multiple restful API's to build React components. This position primarily involves Javascript ES6, Node.js, Webpack, Babel, and React.
Previously at Elcadia I was primarily involved in A/B and MVT testing. This role requires flexible and inventive ways to visualize and modify code based on a number of unusual restrictions. We modify the website finding significant ways to optimize the different Target websites and create a more effective user experience. Javascript and jQuery are the main ways these tests are run and involve heavy manipulation of the DOM before and after browser render. If the tests prove statistically significant then later they are incorporated into the Target websites permanently.
