I have been working online as a Customer Support (email and live chat) for 3 years (7 years in Customer Support if previous office-based work experience is included).

Some of my previous work experience includes being an email support for Thumbtack.com (an online marketplace) and Alpargatas USA (known for Havaianas). I have also been an email support and later on, a complaints officer for the William Hill Group for 4 years. Relatively, I also had experiences being a chat support for FiveFourClub.com (a clothing subscription company) and Upwork.com.

Work Terms

I work anytime from 4 am to 11 pm PST.

I prefer working for a minimum of $8/hour.
