Work Terms

My Work Terms & Conditions
To ensure the best results and a comfortable collaboration, I operate under the following conditions:

1. Project Commencement
* Work on the project begins only after full prepayment (100%) is received (for fixed-price projects) or upon payment activation on the platform.
* A Technical Specification (Scope of Work) must be approved before starting. It should clearly outline the goals, deadlines, number of revisions, and the complete list of deliverables.

2. Communication
* All project discussions and approvals are conducted through the Guru.com platform (or in a pre-agreed chat). This ensures transparency and records all agreements.
* I am available on business days and respond to messages within 24 hours.

3. Process & Revisions
* For key stages (e.g., logo or main page design), I provide 2-3 concepts to choose from.
* The project cost includes up to 3 rounds of revisions for the approved concept. Revisions should be clear and provided in a single list. A fundamental change to the initially approved concept is considered new work and will be billed separately.

4. Deadlines
* Deadlines are discussed individually and fixed in the Technical Specification.
* Deadlines may be revised if feedback from the client is delayed for more than 3 business days or if changes are made to the Scope of Work during the process.

5.Financial Agreement:
For fixed-price projects, work commences after the first milestone is funded and approved via Guru's SafePay.
For hourly projects, I work under the Guru Hourly Protection system with

* Rights to the final work (source files) are transferred to the Client after full payment for the project.
* I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio (unless otherwise agreed in a separate NDA).
