Hi! I’m DeAnna Dailey, the founder of Team Five, and your primary contact person. I have a degree in Technical Communication and 14 years of hands-on experience with WordPress. I’m skilled in full-stack Marketing Technology to ensure that marketing and outreach teams can easily deploy the most effective marketing campaigns without being limited by their technical capacity. I specialize in liaising between highly-technical developers and non-tech folks in the marketing and outreach teams. Ask me about my post-apocalypse skills, too. 😉
I do a lot of the work you need myself, and I oversee a tight-knit crew of subcontractors to do anything I don’t do myself. I’m also happy to work with your existing team if you have one, or parts of one.

Work Terms
I mostly operate on US Pacific Time, but am quite flexible and can be available whenever you need me. My availability varies quite a lot depending on the current client load, but I will always give you a realistic timetable for your project and I believe strongly in meeting time commitments.
For any project larger than $300, I require a 50% deposit released up front, and then the remainder upon approved completion. For an ongoing project, repeat clients, or much larger projects, I can talk with you about payment schedules that will work for both of us.
I am available promptly via email, text, phone, Skype, or just about any other medium you can think of. My response time is always less than 24 hours, and can be much shorter if necessary for the particular project.
