Work Terms

AVAILABILITY & HOURS:
I'm available Monday through Saturday and can work flexibly across time zones. I typically respond to messages within 1-2 hours during working hours. For urgent bug fixes, I offer same-day turnaround when possible.

COMMUNICATION:
I believe clear communication is the foundation of every successful project. I provide regular progress updates and am always reachable via Guru messages. I'm happy to do screen-share calls for complex discussions when needed.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- For small tasks and bug fixes (under $300): Full payment upfront via SafePay
- For medium projects ($300-$1,000): 50% milestone upfront, 50% on completion
- For larger projects ($1,000+): Milestone-based payments as agreed
- Hourly projects: Weekly billing with time tracking
