Work Terms

1. Working Hours & Availability: We operate from Mon-Fri (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST). However, for our international clients (US/UK/Europe), we ensure a 2-3 hour overlapping window daily for meetings and updates.

2. Payment Structure:

We work strictly through Guru SafePay to ensure trust.

Milestone 1: 25% Upfront to start the architecture & design phase.

Milestone 2: 50% Upon completion of core development (Frontend + Backend integration).

Milestone 3: 25% Final release after testing and deployment.

3. Communication: All official updates, files, and discussions will be tracked via the Guru WorkRoom to maintain a clear record. We are responsive and provide daily stand-up updates.

4. Support & Maintenance: Every project includes 30 Days of Free Bug-Fix Support post-deployment. We ensure your Next.js app runs smoothly on Vercel/AWS before we sign off.

5. Code Ownership: Once the final payment is cleared, 100% of the Source Code and Intellectual Property (IP) rights are transferred to you.
