Work Terms
Professional Working Terms
- Engagement Model:
Projects billed hourly, daily, or per project. Minimum engagement: 8 hours (or 1 day) unless agreed otherwise.
- Availability:
Remote or on-site as needed. Standard client response within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Urgent needs accommodated on request.
- Deliverables:
Scope, milestones, and key outputs set before starting. All deliverables include practical recommendations and documentation.
- Payment Terms:
Hourly/daily invoicing for short-term, milestone billing for larger projects. Payment due within 15 days of invoice. Up to 50% advance for new clients or large projects.
- Confidentiality:
All client data and work is strictly confidential. NDAs welcomed.
- Intellectual Property:
Deliverables belong to the client upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise.
- Client Responsibilities:
Timely access to relevant data, systems, and stakeholders. Feedback on deliverables expected within 3 business days for timely progress.
- Communication & Reporting:
Progress updates as agreed (weekly, biweekly, or per milestone). Meetings via Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.
- Revision Policy:
Reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction are included within the original scope. Major scope changes quoted separately.
- Termination:
Either party may terminate with written notice. Fees for work done up to notice date will apply.
