I have 2 years of experience in Customer Service working for Unlimited Vacation Club, a very large company with more than 50 All-Inclusive Resorts in the Caribbean Islands, Mexico and Central America. I started as an Executive Services Ambassador in the Call Center of the company, assisting with phone calls and emails as part of the Customer service and vacation program management. I was promoted as one of the Executive Services Supervisors in my department and was in charge of leading the team, trainning new agents and providing feedback for improvement.
