Strong background in hospitality industry which embeds a "CAN DO" attitude and to deliver an exemplary service.

I came from a tropical south east asian country therefore having a friendly, hardworking and patient demeanour. Worked as personal assistant in a life insurance company, worked with telecommunication company selling cellphones, accessories and trouble shooting, i have also worked as a massage therapist in an exclusive high end day spa and eventually served as a trainer/supervisor. Then shifted to the hotel industry, wherein my first 2 years was spent as a recreation receptionist which sells gym memberships and classes to outside guests by doing research and thus telemarketing, then worked as a spa therapists/trainer for the next four years and then become an Assistant Spa Manager for two years.
As an assistant to the Manager, i manage the daily operation, dealing with guests, trainings, checking the standards, preparing reports for the finance, spa manager, doing monthly inventory, ordering products, outsourcing new and cheaper products for the spa, dealing with the suppliers.
In my ten years in the hotel industry has taught me unparalleled professionalism, delivering service with 100% efficacy, always thing about the well being and satisfaction of each and every guest/s. Learned to work in a diverse and fast pace environment.
As a hotelier, patience is a must virtue. Willingness to listen and understand what is being asked and to be able to deliver the needed and excel the expectations.
And that has been unconscious behaviour that I have developed. And I know for sure that I will be able to deliver what is needed.
