I am Elisa, an achiever since grade school. I'm part of our school paper as a copy reader and headline writer. I graduated grade school with honors, and get awards like Best in Reading, Best in Writing, Best in English and Best in Science. I also received a medal for OutstandinStudent for Civic Welfare Training Service.

I started my career as a noble teacher. I was assigned to teach, English, Science and Mathematics. English was my major but even the assignments had been out of scope, I was able to manage teaching my students with flying colors.

I started my career in a BPO industry way back 2018 as a customer support representative in Teletech for Hewlett Packard (HP) products. We're accepting calls from customers either complaining about the product or have an inquiry. Our task includes but not limited to gathering details, addressing their issues, offering solutions, upselling, transferring to the right department, etc.

Then, I worked with Convergys as a Collections specialist for Bank of America. We're collecting payments for past due and delinquent accounts, offering payment terms, qualifying for debt management program depending on the severity of the customer's situation.

When Bank of America pulled out their account with Convergys as they had their centers in-house, I transferred to Shore Solutions for Lead Generation account. We're calling and qualifying clients and convince them to switch their Energy provider.

In 2013, I had the opportunity to work as an Operations Manager for Purchasers Choice Inc, a vendor of printing supplies to different chain businesses in the United States. We're working directly with big chains and franchises like McDonald's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, etc. The operations, I handle is from front end to back end. Starting with hiring, training, data mining for leads, sales support, logistics, collections even up to payroll. For five years now, I manage the call center for a client in the US, whom I never saw and meet in person.

Work Terms

I am available from 8am - 11am and 6pm - 9pm Eastern Time, I can wprk part-time service for a maximum of five hours per day if it will be on a per hour basis.
