More than 5 years in Call Center and professional experience in Telephone Marketing and Sales, Customer Support, Team Lead, Training and Development, also currently I'm handling 4 agents doing telephone marketing. I am a self starter, can work with minimal supervision, can work as part of team, and can lead teams to perform, and can trained reps.
The Name of my accounts or campaigns are ( [1] Major Energy - Selling Electricity and Gas in 5 states namely NY, NJ, MD, IL, PA and I'm also the only person who handle customer Service on this account in my team because I am the only one who have a full understanding about the account or product), ([2]Mpower Energy - I have been pirated on this account as a Team Leader and Training Manager because I'm the top performer of it's competitor which is Major Energy.), ([3] 29Prime - I have been promoted and become one of the Quality Control or QA (part-time only). We listen to the calls and rate if it is pass or fail.), ([4]DirectBuy - This is an Appointment Setting campaign which we invite people to go to our showroom.). I am very flexible and can work any time of the day and night. I preferred Skype as the best communication to use.
