I have a passion for helping people.Nothing makes me happier than changing a frown into a smile. I have been traveling the world for almost 4 years, gaining life experience and meeting new people. While traveling, I have taken any opportunity I can to learn more about people. I have been a traveling saleswoman, a scuba dive instructor, and a personal assistant. All of these jobs have helped mold me into the people person I am today.

As a dive instructor, I was responsible for paperwork, cleanliness, sales for the dive center, and my customer's safety and satisfaction. I have met people from all over the world and have seen fear and frustration come from most of them. I have developed a quick response to agitation from customers and a solution to problems based on the customer's needs. While working as an instructor, I learned that every single customer is unique and will need to learn at their own pace and in their own way. This has given me insight into the human mind and taught me about the importance of patience, understanding, and clear communication from one person to another as well as the significance of teamwork between employees and customers.

As a sales representative, I was responsible for the cleanliness, organization, set-up/tear-down, and safety of a jewelry booth. I was not only responsible for selling jewelry, handling returns, taking phone calls, sending emails, and handling basic customer needs, but solving problems that returning customers might have had. I developed a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and understanding after meeting many different types of people from all over the world. I have learned to read people through their tones and mannerisms. I have learned to recognize when people are getting frustrated, and politely calm them before the situation gets out of hand. I have also learned how to solve problems specific to the individual based on their personality.

Work Terms

I am willing to work long hours. My schedule is completely open for any jobs that are requested of me during any time. I would like to be paid fairly and on the date promised.
