Direct experience includes such areas as:

- Finance - senior-most finance executive in company with accountability for Treasury, Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development, Inventory Relations, and Financial Reporting.

- Startups - co-founded startup, including business plan creation, presentation, funding, and R&D.

- Presentations/Communications - crafted communications for rank-and-file employees, position pieces and presentations for C-Suite and Boards, and industry white papers presented to White House.

- HR Consulting - provided data, analysis, financial, and technical consulting to clients around their HR programs, including actuarial valuations of defined benefit pension arrangements.

- HR - held progressive HR management roles from HR Manager for 600 employee facility, technical corporate responsibilities for Benefits, Compensation, and HR Strategy. Culminated in role as head of HR for company.

- Sales & Marketing - VP of sales and marketing, including responsibility for: R&D, pricing negotiations, sales channel reviews/changes, strategic marketing analysis, monthly sales execution, etc.

- Procurement - led global procurement for strategic raw materials, including setting target inventory levels, commercial negotiations, and product quality assurance.
