Passionate about languages, I pride in my knowledge of grammar, spelling and drafting.
With over fourteen years of experience in the call center business, I offer my skills and experience in both Technical Support and Customer Service. I have worked in many different areas and positions, from being an agent on the phone to being a senior account manager. I have worked in small regional call centers during their ramp-up stage to working in huge international ones with years of success.
I also have experience in ISO and OHSAS certifications, budget management, payroll and talent acquisition.
Born in a bilingual household, I grew up speaking both english and spanish. Once I ventured out on the working world, I started out as an english teacher for spanish speaking children and adults. Quickly, I transitioned to teaching spanish to english speakers. While working at an english academy, I had to the opportunity to start translating and interpreting. I immediately fell in love with it and have been doing it for the last 19 years. Throughout my working life, I have had the opportunity to work in different areas and learn about a variety of subjects.
I am available Monday through Friday up to 40 hours a week.
