Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation

* Monday – Sunday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 PM
* Weekends: Available upon request (rush fee may apply)
* Response Time: Within 12–24 business hours

Urgent or same-day projects may be accommodated based on availability and may incur an expedited service fee.

2. Payment Terms

*A 50% deposit is required to start the project
*The balance 50% is due before the final files are delivered
*For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged
*All prices are quoted in advance and confirmed before work begins.

3.Project Process

*Project briefing & requirements discussion
*Deposit payment
*Concept development
*Client review & revisions
*Final approval
*Delivery of final files
*Timely client feedback is essential to maintain project timelines.

5. Revisions Policy

*Includes 5 revision rounds (depending on project scope)
*Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will be billed at an hourly rate
*Major scope changes after approval may require a new quote

5. Communication Style

*All approvals must be confirmed in writing
*Professional, respectful, and timely communication is expected from both parties.

6. File Delivery

Final deliverables may include:
*JPG, PNG, PDF (print & web ready)
*AI, EPS, PSD (if source files are included in agreement)
*Brand guidelines (if part of branding package)

7. Ownership & Rights

*Full usage rights are transferred upon final payment
The designer reserves the right to showcase the work in portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed
