I'm 29 years old, located in the Dominican Republic.
I was able to work for the past 7 years with an American company, located in the Dominican Republic. I was hired as a customer service agent, 8 months later promoted to Floor support staff and then 2 years later to Supervisor of Operations and had up to 30 agents on my charge.
I would handle their payroll, coaching, constant feedback, quality updates, weekly and monthly meetings, disciplinary reports, emails with the client, Supervisor calls, etc.
I love providing good Customer Service and I'm a fast learner.
Work Terms
I´m able to work Mornings, evenings and overnight as well.
