Hi, I’m Eucille, a dedicated Virtual Assistant from the Philippines with over 3 years of experience supporting busy professionals and businesses remotely. I also have 1 year of background in customer service in the BPO industry, which has helped me develop excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

In my current full-time role, I support a London-based luxury brand where I handle a wide range of tasks, including email and calendar management, meeting scheduling, CRM and data entry (HubSpot, Zendesk), client outreach, document organization, lead generation, and customer support. I bring a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in everything I do.

Outside of work, I’m a foodie who loves to cook and explore different flavors. I’m also the eldest in a brood of four and proudly serve as the family breadwinner. Supporting my siblings through their studies is one of my biggest motivations in seeking part-time opportunities alongside my full-time job. It’s important to me to keep learning, growing, and helping others in every way I can.

Work Terms

💼 Hours of Operation:

I am available Monday to Saturday, both during and outside of standard UK business hours (9 AM – 5 PM BST). I’m flexible and can adjust to different time zones depending on the needs of the client. Whether it’s early mornings, evenings, or weekends, I’m open to aligning with your preferred schedule.

💰 Payment Terms:

Hourly or milestone-based payment structures are welcome. Ideally, I prefer weekly payments through the platform’s secured system. Minimum project value: $50.

📞 Communication Style:

I prefer clear and concise communication via email, chat platforms (Slack, WhatsApp), or video calls (Zoom, Google Meet). I’m highly responsive and ensure timely updates and follow-through on all assigned tasks.
