For active system troubleshooting or live deployments, secure remote access parameters (such as native RDP/Remmina or dedicated VPN/RustDesk sessions) will be established securely prior to work commencement.
Payment Terms: I operate strictly through Guru SafePay Escrow. For fixed-price projects, milestones must be mutually agreed upon and fully funded before engineering work begins. For hourly arrangements, weekly invoices are issued via Guru Tracker or manual logging with approved timesheets.
Project Discovery: Large-scale architectures or complex system migrations require a brief initial discovery phase where technical specifications, system dependencies, and environment configurations are outlined. This ensures a zero-downtime, safe execution strategy for your live data.
Revisions & Support: Every milestone delivery includes a comprehensive verification period to ensure the software or automation framework operates exactly as specified in our agreement. Extended post-deployment monitoring or ongoing system maintenance can be negotiated under a separate retainer agreement.
