Work Terms

📌 Hours of Operation:
I operate Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8). I am closed on weekends and public holidays. Urgent weekend work may be accepted with prior agreement and may incur an additional fee.

📌 Payment Terms:
All payments are to be made through the platform (Fiverr, Upwork, Guru, etc.) unless agreed otherwise.

A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.

The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before the delivery of final files.

For larger projects, milestone payments may be arranged.

No final source files will be delivered until full payment is received.

Refunds are not available once significant work has begun or final files have been delivered.

📌 Revisions Policy:
Projects include up to 3 minor revisions (e.g., font, color, spacing). Major revisions or complete redesigns after concept approval will be quoted separately.

📌 Deliverables:
You will receive high-quality files suitable for both print and digital use. Formats typically include AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPEG. Other formats available upon request.

📌 Preferred Communication Style:
All communication will be conducted professionally through inbox, email, or any agreed platform. I aim to respond within 24 business hours. Clear, respectful, and concise communication is appreciated. For efficient workflow, kindly provide full project details upfront.

📌 File Storage:
Final files are kept for 30 days after delivery. Please ensure you download and back up your files promptly.

📌 Portfolio Usage:
I reserve the right to include completed designs in my portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested.
