Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+3 / Nairobi Time).

Flexible to adjust for urgent projects or client time zones with prior agreement.

Always responsive to messages within 12 hours.

Work Terms

Projects will be delivered on agreed deadlines with regular progress updates.

I prefer milestone-based payments for larger projects (writing + design).

All final files will be delivered in client-requested formats (Word, PDF, AI, PNG, etc.).

Revisions are included to ensure 100% satisfaction.
