When we quote your project, we do not expect payment until the agreed work is complete. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, you do not pay. Simple as that.
Work Terms
Faith Forge Labs works on a zero-prefunding, payment-on-completion basis. After the scope and acceptance criteria are agreed upon, we complete and present the deliverables before requesting payment. The client funds and releases the full on-platform payment only after accepting the completed work. We do not require deposits or pre-funded milestones. If the work does not meet the agreed acceptance criteria, the client is not required to pay. Communication and payment remain on Guru.
