I build systems that work for a business around the clock: AI assistants that answer and sell on WhatsApp and websites, automations that remove repetitive manual work, and fast modern sites that turn visitors into customers.
I work end to end. I understand the problem, design the solution, build it, and hand it over fully working and documented, with a session to teach the team how to use it. Scope is agreed in writing before we start, so nobody discovers surprises at delivery.
A few things I care about that show up in the work:
- Prices are resolved by deterministic business rules, never invented by the language model. An assistant of mine can explain a price; it can never make one up.
- Every conversation lands in one console where a human can take over mid-chat, and a failed message raises an alert instead of dying in silence.
- Assistants discover what the visitor actually needs before answering, instead of dumping a menu of buttons on them.

Work Terms
Availability: Monday to Friday, with same-day replies in the LATAM time zone (GMT-6). Urgent issues on a live system get attention outside those hours.
Payment: fixed price per project, agreed before any work starts and paid through Guru's SafePay. Larger builds are split into milestones so you only release payment for work you have already seen running. Hourly work is available at 25 USD/h when the scope genuinely cannot be closed upfront.
Scope: I put in writing what is included, what is not, and the delivery date. If you want to change something mid-project, I tell you what it costs before doing it, never after.
Communication: written updates through Guru, plus a call when a decision needs a conversation. I flag problems early rather than at the deadline.
Delivery: the system is handed over working and documented, with a walkthrough session so your team can operate it without depending on me.
