1. Hours of Operation (Availability):
General Availability: I am typically available for project work and communication from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 9 pm IST (Indian Standard Time).
Weekend/Off-Hours: While I primarily work during weekdays, I can be flexible for urgent communications or project milestones on weekends by prior arrangement. Please note that responses during off-hours may take slightly longer.
Response Time: I aim to respond to all messages and inquiries within 12-24 hours during my stated hours of operation.

2. Payment Terms:
I offer flexible payment options to suit various project types and client preferences, typically utilizing Guru's secure SafePay system for all transactions.
Preferred Payment Models:
Fixed-Price Projects (Milestone-Based): For well-defined projects, I prefer a fixed-price model with clear milestones. Payments are released upon the successful completion and approval of each milestone. A 30% upfront deposit via SafePay is usually required before work commences on the first milestone.
Hourly Projects: For projects with evolving scopes or ongoing needs, an hourly rate of $ 15 / hour is applicable. I utilize Guru's Time Tracker to ensure accurate billing, providing full transparency on hours worked. Weekly invoices are typically generated for hourly work.
