2. Revisions & Feedback Process
Included Revisions: Projects include up to 2 rounds of design/UI revisions during the Figma phase before frontend implementation begins.
Scope Creep: Any changes requested after final design approval or during the development phase that alter the agreed design/architecture will be quoted separately as an add-on or hourly rate.
3. Communication & Working Hours
Availability: Available for sync calls, design reviews, and sprint planning via Slack, Zoom, or Google Meet.
Turnaround: Asynchronous updates provided within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Full Ownership: Upon 100% completion of final payment, full intellectual property rights for all custom Figma designs, component systems, and code templates transfer to the client.
Portfolio Usage: Unless covered under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), completed work may be showcased in professional portfolio case studies.
5. Payment & Milestones
Fixed-Price Projects: 50% upfront deposit before kickoff, with remaining milestones tied to key deliverables (e.g., Design Approval, Production-Ready Code Delivery).
Hourly / Contractor Engagements: Billed weekly or bi-weekly via platform milestone or invoice with tracked hours and detailed work logs.
