Work Terms
Project Scope:
Before starting, I review the requirements, expected deliverables, available designs or documentation, integrations and technical dependencies.
Pricing:
Fixed-price contracts are suitable for clearly defined projects. Hourly work is preferred for debugging, investigation, maintenance or requirements that may evolve. Larger projects can be divided into milestones.
Communication:
I maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project and provide progress updates at agreed milestones.
Revisions:
Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope. New features or requirements outside the original agreement are treated as a change request and quoted separately.
Client Requirements:
The client should provide required content, designs, source code, hosting details, API information and other project materials needed for the agreed work.
Third-Party Costs:
Hosting, domains, paid plugins, external APIs, platform subscriptions and other third-party services are separate unless specifically included in the agreement.
Delivery & Support:
Delivery dates and post-delivery support are agreed according to the project scope before work begins.
