I began my call center career early last year so Ive been working with my current company for a year and a half now. I absolutely have no complains with my employer and I also consider this company as one of the best that i have worked for because first of all, they give equal work opportunities for high school graduates , they pay on time, and there is also opportunity for regularization and career growth. I understand the rate of my salary with them is considerably low since i was a newbie in call center when I applied to them so i was offered the standard pay rate for a first timer but aside from that, everything is fine. It just so happened that i now want to focus on working from home so that i can be with my children and take care of them while making an income at the comfort of my home..forever, hopefully!
