Gleyder Cáceres is an independent graphic designer and creative director from Venezuela, with over 7 years of experience developing visual solutions for brands, institutions, and editorial projects.
His career began at Pincel y Exacto, where for three years he worked on advertising campaigns, product visual identities, and editorial design, creating visual identities for more than 70 brands. Since 2021, he has worked as an independent professional, collaborating with companies and entrepreneurs from the United States, Spain, Germany, Colombia, Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica — an international trajectory that gave him a multicultural perspective and the ability to adapt to different markets, styles, and brand objectives.
His specialty spans branding, advertising design, corporate stationery, and editorial composition, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom. His approach combines technical precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of each client's needs, delivering pieces that communicate with clarity, elegance, and purpose.
He currently works as a freelancer, seeking new projects that allow him to keep strengthening brands through design.

Available 30+ hours per week for projects, with the possibility of full-time dedication depending on client needs.
Work arrangement
I work remotely and independently, on Venezuela time (GMT-4), during morning and afternoon hours. I'm flexible to accommodate meetings or coordination outside that schedule when a project requires it.
Rates
I work both hourly and on a fixed-project basis, depending on the scope of the project. For well-defined projects (branding, visual identity, one-off pieces) I prefer a flat rate; for ongoing collaborations or variable-scope work, I charge hourly.
