Providing Quality HR consultation to organizations for better efficiency and effectiveness in performance. Article/ blog writing and editing work. Assisting organisations for recruitment/ selection . Personality assessment, psychometric test construction and interview for corporate houses. Performance evaluation, manpower assessment, work study, job analysis, assessment centre. Corporate Training in soft skill development, lecturing for MBA / PG and research students in HRM / research methodology areas. Guiding the students for Projects and research work. On line tuition in HR related Management areas. Institution builder . Liaising with Government and non governmental agencies for institution building, basically in HR/ IR areas and academics. Project consultation and report preparation foe new start ups and existing ones, especially academic institutions.
Work Terms
Based on hours of work put in, compensation is claimed. ( Work tracking required every day/ alternate day). However if milestones are fixed in a job by breaking the work, then based on completed milestones, compensation is charged as per contract.
Per week, maximum 22 to 25 hours of work will be done, depending upon emergency and priority of work assigned.
Only freelance work will be undertaken, that too with flexi time within IST (Indian Standard time).
Payment within 7 days of invoice through the paypal account by the employer.
Employer will have the freedom to discuss the details of the employment like additions, corrections, deletions or modification of work on discussion with me and mutual terms agreed upon. However, the minimum rate fixed for the work has to be ensured and paid to me as per any agreement.
I am flexible for the work and terms, if the work/ assignment is for a long period/ duration or it is of a continuous nature and the contract is signed to that effect.
This can take place after detailed discussion and on arriving a mutual agreement before signing the contract, for the purpose of job/ financial security, as per existing law of contract.
