Work Terms

**Hours of Operation**
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EAT (East Africa Time). Flexible to accommodate US, UK, and global time zones upon agreement.

**Work Terms**
Available for both short-term projects and long-term engagements. Open to hourly, milestone-based, or fixed-price arrangements depending on the scope of work. All project details, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon before work begins.

**Payment Terms**
For new clients, a 50% upfront deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion. For long-term retainer arrangements, monthly invoicing applies. Payments accepted via Guru SafePay, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.

**Preferred Communication Style**
I prefer clear, professional communication via email or messaging platforms such as Slack, Google Meet, or Zoom. I respond to all messages within 24 hours during working hours. For ongoing projects, I provide regular progress updates and am available for scheduled check-in calls to ensure alignment and transparency throughout.
