Hi! I’m Gregoria Mariana Selvi, someone who believes that administrative work is more than just a supporting role it’s the foundation of every well-functioning organization. My passion for organization and efficiency began during my university years when I studied Informatics. Even though my academic background is rooted in technology, I was always fascinated by how structured data, clear documentation, and organized coordination can transform chaos into productivity.

My professional journey started with an internship at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional V, one of Indonesia’s leading palm-based companies. It was there that I first witnessed how crucial accurate reporting and administration are to business decisions. I was responsible for processing and validating employee attendance data, compiling daily transaction reports, and ensuring all administrative documents were properly filed and ready for management review. That experience taught me three core values I still live by today accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Over time, I’ve developed strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). I enjoy transforming raw data into clear, actionable reports, creating digital filing systems that save time, and drafting professional correspondence that reflects the company’s image. For me, there’s a unique sense of satisfaction in keeping things organized it’s like giving structure to ideas and order to chaos.

The principle that guides my work is “precision with purpose.” Every document I prepare, every spreadsheet I design, and every schedule I manage has a purpose behind it. I believe that administrative precision doesn’t just support a team it empowers it. My goal is to deliver work that’s not only fast, but reliable and meaningful to your operations.

As a freelancer, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with various clients from small business owners to professional teams. Each project tells a new story: some need help organizing sales data, while others need structured weekly management reports. I always approach every client relationship with genuine care and clear communication, because I believe that trust and understanding are the cornerstones of great collaboration.

Personally, I’m someone who finds peace in structure and motivation in seeing progress. I’m not driven by perfection, but by the desire to deliver my best work consistently.
